Life can be challenging, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you're seeking short-term guidance or long-term support, counselling offers you a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to be heard. Together, we’ll work towards goals like healing, self-discovery, personal growth, and finding practical ways to cope with life’s challenges.

In your first session, you’ll meet your counsellor, and together, you’ll explore whether it’s a good fit. This session sets the stage for building a collaborative, supportive environment tailored to your needs. Your journey in therapy is as unique as you are—you decide when and what to share, always at your own pace.

After your initial session, we recommend booking weekly appointments for the next 2–3 weeks. This helps lay a strong foundation for meaningful progress in your therapeutic work.

Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that focuses on your needs, whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional support, or personal growth. My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, and I bring humor into the process where appropriate. Trust is central to our work together, and I believe it’s earned through empathy, consistency, and mutual respect.

I offer a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). With these techniques, I aim to support emotional regulation, resilience, and the management of trauma.
